About Our Group

Integrated Circuits and Systems Design and Manufacturing group at the Faculty of Engineering is a collaborative hub of scholars, researchers, and innovators dedicated to advancing countless fields and domains on the back of microelectronics and microsystems through cutting-edge research, education, and industry partnerships. We aim to push the boundaries of computing, sensors, robotics, biomedical, defense, agriculture, and more through integrated circuits and systems and niche manufacturing technologies, fostering the development of next-generation systems. We aim to address critical challenges in scalability, energy efficiency, performance optimisation, and sustainability. The group seeks to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world implementation by integrating hardware design insights with practical applications, contributing to scientific knowledge and deep technological and engineering innovation.
